In Memphis, washes are busiest on sunny weekends and the first dry day after rain or a snowstorm, when lines back onto the street; weekday mornings are the quietest. Across Tennessee, expect a basic exterior wash to cost about what a fast-food meal does, with wax, tire shine and undercarriage rinse sold as tiers above it. Self-service bays are the cheapest way to clean a truck bed, a muddy off-roader or a vehicle that will not fit a tunnel, and many run around the clock. Check the listing for the wash type, hours, free vacuums, unlimited plans and whether the site accepts cards or app payments, then call ahead in freezing weather, when tunnels close.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. The most common schedule is 8 am–7 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. I absolutely love this car wash and I’ve been a member to most. The service is excellent and you can’t beat the price either. My favorite part is the extra dry we get at the end of the wash. The vacuums will suck your clothes off and the tubes are always wrapped up nice and tidy. The premises are clean and well kept. Josh is so kind and friendly and always speaks to customers and makes them feel appreciated and special. Try them out, you won’t regret it!

I had an absolutely incredible experience at Memphis Car Wash Company. From the moment I pulled in, the level of customer service stood out—it’s clear this team genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You don’t just feel like another car in line—you feel taken care of. And the car wash itself? Outstanding. My vehicle looked spotless—like it just rolled off the showroom floor. What really sets this place apart is the consistency and the attitude. Amazing customer service isn’t just something they say—it’s what they deliver. You can tell they care about the details and about making sure you leave happy. Honestly, anytime I’m in Memphis, I’ll be stopping here—whether my car needs a wash or not. That’s how good it is. Highly recommend!

I needed up here after a morning mishap with my coffee and my car has never been cleaner coming out of an automatic car wash! But they also were so kind, considerate, and showed appreciation for the business! A wonderful experience and I will be back soon!

The service was superb. I was driving down Poplar ave leaving work and I wanted to go to the car wash that I normally go to Memories but they had their amazing employees out there with a sign that brought me to their business and it was a free car wash that so I had to stop by and they gave me the top shelf car wash, amazing customer service I’ve never seen any company have their employees so active and happy from the beginning to the end! At the end of your wash, they have their staff waiting for To give you an express dry wipe down With their top quality microfiber Towels they gave me a free one and I went in a second time for the second one.
